Dear Clients of Simply Thrive Psychotherapy PLIC: It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Simply Thrive Psychotherapy, PLLC. The clinic will close at the end of the business day on Friday March 21, 2025. We understand that this is unexpected and occurring in a short time period. We encourage you to continue to see your therapist during this time and work on a transition plan.
Important information to know: If you need records of your mental health treatment in the future, you will need to email [email protected]
Outstanding balances on accounts will be owed to the clinic. We request that pay outstanding balances by March ,12 2025. Please be aware that after the clinic closes you may still have a balance, as ti can take up to 60 days for insurance to pay and you may have a copay or deductible applied to your account. Outstanding balances that are owed to the clinic may be sent to collections.
